Title: Research Scientist Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 6 months 100% onsite KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and support research and development projects for diagnostic assay products. Serve as a technical expert and mentor junior team members. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve scientific and business goals.

Support process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
