Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Testing department on the Gainesville campus. The Test Center Administrator (TCA) is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the day-to-day operation of the Gainesville Test Center operated by the University of North Georgia (UNG). The TCA reports directly to the Gainesville Coordinator of Testing.
Responsibilities
  • Student Test Center Administrator will assist with answering phone calls, answering emails, checking testing candidates in and out, and cleaning work stations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • The Student Test Center Administrator will need to have: some computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • They must be able to remain customer friendly and maintain attention to details in the midst of frequent interruptions; must have the ability to work successfully as part of a team in a high-demand, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
