Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity on our Business Rental Administration team for a Senior Sales Coordinator! 

The Senior Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales leadership by delivering critical reporting, data management, and operational support. This position manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data integrity, prepares account and performance reports, and organizes business insights that help drive strategic decisions. Working closely with Sales Operations and other business partners, the Senior Sales Coordinator helps identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency. 

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities
  • Create ad hoc sales reports for Corporate Business Rental leadership using established systems such as Microsoft  Dynamics 365 
  • Work with Business Rental Corporate Officers to understand and execute account reports requests 
  • Facilitate completion of requests from Business Rental Sales personnel 
  • Perform monthly audit of sales opportunities in Dynamics 365 for accuracy and compliance 
  • Facilitate the loading of key pieces of information into Dynamics 365 and other sales solutions 
  • Perform ad-hoc review of sales opportunities and account setup in CRM and account maintenance to support performance reporting inquiries from Business Rental Corporate Officers 
  • Handle day-to-day calls, emails and special requests from accounts and coordinate with applicable support areas 
  • Provide guidance to less experienced Sales Coordinators 
  • Special projects that are assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Associate's Degree preferred) 
  • Must have two (2+) years of experience as a coordinator in a sales support or sales reporting capacity 
  • Must have experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
