Position Overview

Holistic Recovery Counselling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position. This role offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, employing a recovery-oriented framework to facilitate improvement in their overall emotional and social well-being.

Holistic Recovery Counselling is committed to providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services in the Lancaster, California area. Our community health clinic excels in delivering individualized care, including both individual and group therapy, as well as thorough substance abuse assessments and evidence-based treatment options. Our programs are rooted in a recovery-oriented philosophy, designed to alleviate mental health symptoms while restoring holistic health and fostering meaningful social connections.

Work Environment

As a fully remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team comprised of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for structured, predictable work hours while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

The LCSW will undertake a variety of crucial duties, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging regularly with fellow healthcare providers and physicians to report patient progress, articulate needs, address concerns, and proactively strategize around potential challenges.
  • Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation, including comprehensive progress notes, aligned with departmental policies to ensure seamless patient care and compliance.

Qualifications
