Job Description

Lead programs that power mission-critical technology. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets, including aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare. If you're a strategic thinker with strong technical and leadership skills, this role is for you.

What you'll do
  • Manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with financial, technical, and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts to meet goals for revenue, margin, and schedule
  • Develop and maintain budgets, capacity plans, and risk assessments
  • Drive resolution of technical issues, acceptance testing, and qualification testing for military/aerospace platforms
  • Cultivate new business opportunities within key accounts and support proposal efforts
  • Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
  • Ensure adherence to program objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
What you need
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (required)
  • 2-5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications (required)
  • PMP certification, Master's degree, or MBA (advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
