Introduction

Ahold Delhaize USA associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.

Overview

As a Retail Media Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of media campaigns. This position will be supporting day-to-day billing, reconciliation, collection activities and documentation. You will work closely with sales, account managers and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient billing and reconciliation processes.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end billing and financial reconciliation for high-volume media campaigns
  • Oversee insertion order (IO) delivery, documentation, and internal tracking
  • Partner with external vendors to follow up on invoice documentation, cost confirmations, and discrepancies
  • Lead end-of-campaign materialization process to align booked vs. actual spend
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines
  • Utilize Salesforce reports to validate that product cost inputs align with planned media investment and campaign allocations
  • Maintain billing trackers and financial documents
  • Help track IOs, coordinating documentation, and confirming campaign costs
  • Be the point of contact for internal stakeholders on billing-related questions
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payment collection
  • Coordinate and execute collection calls and communications in partnership with the sales department, maintaining a professional and positive client relationship
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on collection progress, account status, and potential risks to management and leadership teams
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help standardize documentation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in finance operations, billing, or media operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce required; ability to update records, pull reports, and navigate the platform daily
  • Experience in retail media or digital advertising
  • Excel skills required, including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and basic data analysis for reconciliation and reporting tasks
  • Experience working with external vendors and media partners
  • Experience with documentation and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work in retail, CPG, or shopper marketing environments
  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaign tracking and reconciliation
  • Experience with campaign materialization and IO management

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
