Regional Sales Representative

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Centric Fiber (“Centric”) delivers industry-leading high-speed internet. Centric serves ground-up commercial and residential developments, as well as master-planned communities in all major metropolitan markets across Texas and Central Florida. Our team is dedicated to bridging infrastructure gaps through strategic value creation and continuous innovation.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with prospective residents, builders, and community partners, while promoting Centric’s services to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Regional Sales Representative will serve as the face of Centric in the community, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact through service activation. This position also plays a key role in maintaining sales and call KPIs, gathering sales projections from builders, and identifying opportunities to improve capture rates across assigned communities.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain sales and call KPIs to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.

· Gather sales projections and closing timelines directly from builders to forecast demand.

· Identify issues impacting sales performance and develop strategies to increase capture rates within assigned communities.

· Generate new sales by prospecting, networking, and engaging with builders, realtors, and residents.

· Educate potential customers on Centric’s fiber internet and natural gas services, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.

· Conduct community events, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to increase awareness and drive subscriptions.

· Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service activation.

· Provide timely follow-ups with customers and maintain excellent communication throughout the sales process.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

· Stay up to date on competitor offerings and market trends to position Centric’s services effectively.

Requirements

· High School Diploma / GED

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support community events and closings

· Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce

· Reliable transportation to visit communities and attend events

Preferred Requirements:

· Associates or College-level degree
