Job Description

Stream Realty Partners is growing its Industrial brokerage platform in Denver, and we are hiring an Associate to join the team alongside our established producers. The role is oriented primarily toward tenant representation while offering meaningful exposure across all of our industrial service lines, including landlord leasing and investment sales. It is a business development role at its core: you will build relationships with industrial occupiers across the Denver market, develop your own pipeline of opportunities, and learn and then lead deal execution alongside senior brokers, from property tours and proposals through lease analysis and negotiation.

Stream's proprietary research platform gives you a real information advantage, and you will have direct, hands-on mentorship from Denver market leadership from day one. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong sales background who is either already in commercial real estate or ready to make the transition, and who is comfortable owning their own activity and building a book. Compensation is structured as a base salary with performance-based upside as you build production.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and cold calling industrial tenants, owners, and decision-makers across the Denver metro to generate new tenant representation and leasing opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and prospective occupier clients through consistent outreach, face-to-face meetings, and relationship development
  • Owning a disciplined weekly business development rhythm - call volume, meetings, and follow-up - and maintaining a detailed database of tenant pursuits
  • Developing deep submarket knowledge across Denver's industrial corridors using Stream's proprietary research platforms
  • Learning and then leading the full cycle of a real estate transaction alongside senior brokers, including property tours, proposal preparation, lease analysis, negotiation, and closing
  • Tracking and analyzing market-level data, comps, and availability to inform client advisory and competitive positioning
  • Contributing to landlord leasing assignments and investment sales pursuits as opportunities arise across Stream's industrial platform
  • Preparing client presentations, market surveys, and deliverables that reflect Stream's standard of quality and attention to deail
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or business development goals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a performance-based compensation structure
  • Strong prospecting instincts, communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with tenants, owners, and brokers
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own activity with limited day-to-day supervision, while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with financial analysis; experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Familiarity with the Denver metro area preferred; interest in industrial real estate and logistics strongly valued
  • Competitive drive and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
