Adams Homes is seeking an experienced New Home Real Estate Agent to serve Greenville, South Carolina. This opportunity is designed for driven Realtors who want direct control over their income in an uncapped, commission-based environment.
Our most successful Agents are motivated by results, value consistent lead opportunities, and are committed to growing their earnings through disciplined execution within a proven sales system. This role offers training from world-class sales leaders, structured support, and an uncapped earning potential. A strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and an active South Carolina Real Estate License are required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Meet with motivated buyers to uncover needs, goals, and budgets and to guide them through their new-home purchase.
  • Professionally present model homes and available inventory, clearly communicating value, features, and community benefits.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects using our CRM and proven sales process to drive contracts and closings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from contract through closing while coordinating with construction and internal teams.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and sustained sales volume.
  • Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to maximize lead conversion and overall sales performance.
Requirements
  • Active South Carolina Real Estate License required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High internal drive, personal accountability, and goal orientation.
  • Comfort working in a performance-based, commission-driven role with no ceiling.
  • Ability to manage flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
