Role Description This is a full-time, work from anywhere Real Estate Broker Associate role based in the Greater St. Louis area. The Real Estate Broker Associate will represent buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and developing new client relationships, preparing and reviewing contracts and related documents, conducting market analyses, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local property values and trends. The role involves coordinating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to help ensure smooth closings and a positive client experience. The Broker Associate will also participate in team meetings, adhere to brokerage policies, and uphold all applicable laws and ethical standards. This is self employment opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License with a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property practices.
  • Experience in Brokerage, including representing clients in sales, purchases, and leases.
