Position Description:
This role will report to the Vice President, Portfolio Management of TA Digital and provide support to the entire data center investment team. The data center platform launched in 2020, currently manages multiple accounts, including a commingled, closed-end fund, and has over 2.8GW of projects in various stages of development. This role will conduct timely analysis and provide actionable reports and insights to management of the data center platform.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Partner with portfolio managers, acquisitions, asset management and investor relations to provide data and insights regarding fund and investment performance
  • Design, improve, refine and implement investment models
  • Maintain market data and comparables database
  • Support leasing deliverables including budgets and schedules as required
  • Assist capital markets team on financing deliverables
  • Support investor requests by providing timely information and reports
  • Support the marketing and fundraising of new investment vehicles, including preparing pitch books, investor presentations and due diligence materials
  • Prepare regular reports and complete special projects as requested

Education and Experience Required:
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate financial and other data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline orientated, team environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer service
  • Ability to multitask with great time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or finance.
  • Real estate or analytical courses a plus
  • 4+ years of work experience in finance, digital infrastructure and/or real estate
  • Expertise in excel required, advanced modeling techniques a plus
  • Expertise using Yardi and/or Argus is a plus
