Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideally suited for professionals with a background at top-tier US law firms who are passionate about leveraging their litigation and transactional law expertise to impact the future of technology.

Scope of Work

  • Research, analyze, and provide detailed insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
  • Draft, review, and assess a wide range of contracts and legal documents to identify key issues and ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Contribute legal expertise to multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment, collaborating effectively with other legal and technical professionals.

Preferred Qualifications
