Compensation Range
Hourly: $19.00 - $21.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to ensure a timely, complete, and accurate processing of bill payment transactions.
Essential Functions

Ensure a timely, complete and accurate processing of bill payment transactions

Facilitate all distributions related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for processing and/or quality review of one time and recurring distributions/receipts and cost basis, ensure all compliance requirements have been met and all processing and coding is complete, timely, and accurate

Build and maintain relationships, ensure appropriate controls are in place for all processes related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for identifying accounts with past due bill payments, collaborating with the internal departments to identify clients with additional bill payments that can be serviced

Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and assist with projects and testing

Work closely with other support teams within the Trust Company to resolve client transactions and with other team members to assist/backup during high volumes or absence

Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Basic knowledge of wealth management bill payment practices

Strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business recommendations

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $19.00 to $21.90 per hour.
