TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Architect and develop software automation testing frameworks. Triage, troubleshoot and document defects. Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities as part of an agile development team. Setup, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks on application platforms and build test scenarios and acceptance tests. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet user needs.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving quality assurance and test automation experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years of coding using Python, SQL, JavaScript, or Java; 4 years working on CI/CD using TestNG, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and AWS; 4 years of quality assurance and quality engineering using Agile Scrum methodologies; 4 years building test automation frameworks for frontend or backend applications; 3 years of testing RESTful or SOAP APIs; and 2 years working in Cloud environments including AWS, Google Cloud or MS Azure.
