POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance SpecialistREPORTS TO: Director of QualityDEPARTMENT: 513**Position Summary:**The Quality Assurance Specialist supports Alinabal’s quality initiatives by performing inspections, documenting results, and helping ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. This role works closely with production, engineering, and supply chain to identify quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts across materials, processes, and finished goods.**Responsibilities:**Document findings clearly and accurately; escalate non-conformances and assist in resolution efforts.Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions under the guidance of the Quality Manager or Director.Maintain quality records and follow established procedures in accordance with quality system requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product flow and promote quality throughout production.Assist in supplier quality checks and help monitor vendor conformance when needed.Help prepare for internal and external audits and support follow-up activities.FAI reviews and approvalDQR activities for customersOwner of FAI metric and SMEOther duties as assigned by the Director of Quality.**Skills and Qualifications:******High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or associate degree preferred.1–3 years of experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing support role.Basic understanding of inspection tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 systems a plus.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.Effective communicator and team player with a willingness to learn.Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or quality systems preferred.**Other Details:****Work Environment:** Manufacturing floor with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.**Physical Requirements:** Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move about the production area for extended periods.
