What You Will Be Doing

Join our Digital Technology team as a Senior Lead Software Developer and drive innovation across global direct-to-consumer platforms. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex business applications in Snowflake or Databricks environments, leveraging your expertise in SQL and Python. You'll champion development best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and deliver high-quality solutions that enable organizational change and continuous improvement. As a technical leader, you will mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence technology standards, integrate emerging tools, and ensure operational excellence through robust testing, documentation, and 24/7 application support. What You Bring

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • 10+ years in systems engineering and software development

  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL

  • Proven experience with Databricks or Snowflake

  • Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and analytics solutions

  • Performance optimization experience

  • Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems

  • Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Pay Range: $137,483.00-$175,017.00
