Job description

Summary of the Role
The Product Reporting Associate is responsible for project management support regarding the production of product marketing content, pitchbooks, factsheets, commentaries, as well as third party database updates to effectively profile our products and support distribution efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Updating, proofing, routing, and posting of marketing materials/digital content, including data publishing support.
  • Serving as project manager for various marketing requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc updates of marketing materials.
  • Assisting with the approval process for marketing materials, including coordination and communication between product, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Gathering business and data requirements for new marketing materials, collaborating with internal and external teams to create new materials and processes.
  • Maintaining dashboards, reports and spreadsheets drawing various databases.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Business degree a plus.
  • 0-3 years of previous applicable experience. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of numerous projects and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail essential, including data entry and proofing.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues in the production process, identify and implement solutions.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience in editing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-powered marketing tools and workflows, including familiarity with platforms such as Jasper or Writer. Ability to identify opportunities to streamline and refine production processes using AI is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data management, coding or digital platforms a plus

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Please note that this is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of posting. The base salary range may be adjusted in the future.
