Psychologist

NEUROHEALTH ASSOCIATES PC

Oak Brook, IL • On-site

Full-time

Job description

This is not a traditional therapy role.

At NeuroHealth Associates, we practice precision mental health, integrating neuropsychological testing, neurofeedback, pharmacology, and advanced biomarker testing to treat the causes of brain circuitry dysfunction — not just the symptoms. We are looking for a psychologist who thinks this way too: someone curious about the biology underneath the diagnosis and eager to let data drive every clinical decision.
You will be trained to interpret quantitative EEG (qEEG) brain maps and use that information to guide your assessments, your neurofeedback protocols, and your conversations with patients. If you have ever felt boxed in by back-to-back talk therapy and want to practice at the full depth of your clinical expertise, this is the practice you have been looking for.
What You Will Do

  • Interpret qEEG brain maps (full training provided), integrate neuropsychological test data, and use that data to inform every clinical decision.
  • Work closely with patients and families to monitor progress in neurofeedback protocols, with training to design and adjust those protocols based on clinical data and treatment response.
  • Provide supportive, time-limited consultations using structured modules — meaningful clinical contact without the burden of a traditional ongoing therapy caseload.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to review pharmacogenomic testing, organic acids panels, and specialized biomarker labs, deepening your understanding of the biological underpinnings driving brain circuitry dysfunction.
  • Conduct and review comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, track patient progress over time, and build clinical expertise most psychologists never get the opportunity to develop.
What You Will Bring

  • Active licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Illinois
  • Training or strong interest in neuropsychological assessment and data-driven clinical practice
  • Genuine curiosity about the biological drivers of mental health and a desire to practice root-cause, precision care
  • Strong collaboration skills and authentic care for both patients and colleagues
What We Offer

  • A precision mental health model you will not find at a conventional practice
  • Hands-on training in qEEG interpretation, neurofeedback protocols, and advanced diagnostics
  • Flexible scheduling and telehealth options
  • Full-time and part-time arrangements — we will build the right fit together
  • Productivity-based compensation with strong earning potential as the practice grows
  • A collaborative team built on respect and genuine care for both patients and staff
Ready to Practice Differently?

If this sounds like the kind of work you have been looking for, we want to hear from you. Apply through this posting.
