Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of large, complex EPC projects while serving as a trusted partner to key clients. This highly visible leadership role combines project execution, strategic account management, business development, and team leadership to deliver exceptional results across engineering, procurement, and construction. The ideal candidate is an accomplished project leader who thrives in a client facing environment, enjoys mentoring high performing teams, and has a proven track record of delivering complex industrial projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary EPC project teams through planning, execution, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, budget, and schedule
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for project execution, contract management, and future business opportunities
• Develop project execution strategies, manage project risks, oversee financial performance, and ensure successful delivery of complex industrial projects
• Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and business development teams to support client growth, proposal development, and long term account success
• Mentor project teams, establish clear expectations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, high performing culture

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Eight or more years of progressive EPC project management experience leading large, complex industrial projects
• Proven experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction activities while achieving strong financial, quality, and schedule performance
• Strong leadership, communication, client relationship management, contract administration, and business development experience
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, OSHA safety standards, and the ability to travel up to 30 percent
