Job description

Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Associate Project Manager with expertise in the retail domain to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth execution. Familiarity with release management is a plus.

Location: Seattle/Vancouver hybrid role with 2-3 days in office required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination Support:
    • Support Program Manager and Scrum Manager in tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups.
    • Assist program managers to track and monitor project budgets, ensuring forecasted expenses align with approved allocations.
  • Retail Expertise:
    • Coordinate retail-specific initiatives (POS systems, e-commerce, inventory).
    • Support workflow analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail-focused project coordination.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of retail systems and workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience coordinating release oriented tasks in support of larger programs
