Job Summary:
As an Associate Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and management of technical projects and supporting other Project Engineers. Your responsibilities will include project scheduling, planning, coordination of technical activities, and ensuring project accuracy and quality. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to project timelines, and ensuring that project objectives are met. This role requires excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills and the ability to work on multiple discipline projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
  • Assist with the execution of projects post-purchase order (PO) placement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Suppliers to determine project specifications based on product design and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to define project goals and objectives.

Project Coordination:
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and coordinating customer activities.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the project life cycle is managed properly.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.

Documentation Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring timely updates and submissions are made.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain inspection criteria for project orders.
  • Maintain documentation aspect through ERP system for proper tracking.

Technical Assistance:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and address engineering-related queries.
  • Collaborate with other senior engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Project Meetings:
  • Attend project kick-off meetings as required to understand project expectations and objectives.
  • Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and support execution of projects.
  • Attend meetings with customers as required.

Delivery Management:
  • Track, monitor, and report project deliverables monthly to senior management.

Customer Service:
  • Uphold a high level of customer service by meeting expectations on all project deliverables.
