Pierre Landscape is seeking a motivated and driven construction professional ready to take the next step in their career! This is an excellent opportunity for a current Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Associate Project Manager , preferably with landscape construction experience, though candidates from related trades such as concrete, site development, civil, grading, or specialty construction are also encouraged to apply , who is eager to lead full-cycle construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee billing and documentation
  • Collaborate with field teams and ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations
  • Review contracts, submittals, and plans to ensure project compliance and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to ensure successful delivery
  • Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or assistant PM roles (experience in landscape, concrete, or site work preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, reading plans, and managing subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with union labor, prevailing wage, and public agency documentation a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office, Procore, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
