About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for overall administrative and technical direction of construction projects, Enforcing company and project policies, main client interface, and ensuring projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through project engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related industry degree.
  • 5+ years of prior PM experience.
  • Completed OSHA 10-hour training
  • Proven knowledge of scheduling techniques and the programs used to generate them.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and other industry/company related programs.
  • Strong understanding of safety in the construction environment.
  • Understanding of importance of project insurance(s).
