 What You Will Do:

  • Support Materials function by reviewing delivery timelines according to plan
  • Liaise with production, procurement, and sales to understand material needs & material flow
  • Identify risks to material "on time delivery" and escalate to appropriate stakeholders. 
  • Project management skills managing multiple projects, while supporting multiple programs
  • Manage Rolling Action Item list and drive closure
  • Review changes in material and product regulations across all relevant markets and update products and systems accordingly.
  • Work closely with engineering, legal, quality assurance, and other teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development.
  • Manage budget and track costs (EVMS)

What You Will Bring:

  • 4 Year Technical Degree (preferred)
  • 4 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently
  • Ability to analyze complex information, conduct risk assessments, and develop solutions.
  • Budgetary experience (EVMS)
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite of programs, MS Excel intermediate level skills needed
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • MS Project proficiency is highly preferred

Pay Range: $68,500-$73,500 annually 

 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
