About the Role
As an Sr. Associate Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to physical security technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role will require 25%+ travel.   • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business in a related field or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the physical security technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of physical security technologies and best practices (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID).
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems (e.g., video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, intercom).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in budget management, cost management, and status reports.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Project Schedule Management via Ghhant Chart, Budget management, Cost Performance management).
  • Security Platform Certifications are a plus. (e.g. Genetec, Axis, Software House, OpenPath)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
