Senior IT Solutions Analyst (EDI)
Location: Beachwood, OH.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm (Onsite 4 days a week)
The Senior IT Solutions Analyst leads the design, delivery, and support of enterprise technology solutions across multiple large-scale projects. This role works closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The analyst serves as the primary IT contact, manages cross-functional teams, and drives projects from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and operations leaders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
  • Translate business needs into system and technical specifications
  • Design and implement scalable IT solutions across enterprise applications
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects, including planning, timelines, milestones, and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, offshore resources, and external vendors
  • Oversee system testing, quality, and documentation
  • Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Enterprise integration & EDI systems (preferred)
  • Programming: Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, .NET
  • Platforms: Windows Server, Unix/Linux
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
  • Legacy systems: AS/400 (RPG/400, CL)
  • Integration tools: WebMethods
  • Web technologies: HTML, XML/XSL
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, and testing methodologies

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT solutions delivery
  • 3-5 years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level solutions
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma (preferred)
