Our team of professionals includes architects, MEPTC engineers, interior designers, energy engineers, landscape architects, construction administration professionals, and administrative and support staff—all working together to serve clients’ needs, build stronger communities, and improve lives.
Schmidt Associates is looking for a Civil Engineer that would be responsible for the project grading, drainage, and utility design. This position will be coordinating projects between disciples. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to support staff. They will maintain office quality standards and procedures while meeting project budgets and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • Work will include but not be limited to Revit design, plan details, technical specifications, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years related work experience is preferred
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is desirable or PE
  • Familiarity with and a desire to continue to learn AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit
