Associate Program Management Specialist

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is seeking an Associate Program Management Specialist to support reporting, analytics, and program execution in Charleston, SC.

This role focuses ondatadriven program management, analytics automation, and crossfunctional coordination to support business planning, commitment tracking, and leadership decisionmaking. The successful candidate will apply strong analytical skills, emerging AI capabilities, and program management fundamentals to improve visibility, efficiency, and compliance across Distribution programs.

This position supports thedevelopment, integration, and execution of program management processesaligned with business goals and enterprise standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in thedevelopment and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processesto support business objectives, including sourcing strategies, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation.

  • Supportreporting and analytics strategiesfor Boeing Distribution C&E, including the collection, organization, validation, and visualization of program and business data.

  • Applydata analytics and AIenabled tools(e.g., automation, predictive insights, dashboarding) to enhance reporting accuracy, cycle time, and decision support.

  • Coordinate and clarify analyses withcrossfunctional business partnersto validate results, define scope, and support longrange business goals and business case development.

  • Support coordination ofprogram commitments with internal and external stakeholdersto ensure alignment with approved strategies.

  • Identifyrisk and opportunity potential, support mitigation planning, and refine business cases in collaboration with senior team members.

  • Maintain program status information within establishedmanagement systems, ensuring visibility of customer, supplier, and internal commitments.

  • Ensurefollowup and issue resolutionsto support compliance with plans and schedules.

  • Prepare and supportleadership reviews, approvals, and decision forums through datadriven insights and clear communication.

  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, includinganalytics, digital, and AI communities, to align best practices and leverage emerging capabilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year of experience supporting program management, business operations, or analytics in a professional environment

  • 1+ year of analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting data

  • 1+ year of experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytical tools

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structure environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience applyingAI, machine learning, or automation toolsto business or program management use cases

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Familiarity withBoeing program management processes, systems, or best practices

  • Experience building or maintainingdashboards, automated reports, or analytics pipelines

  • Exposure tosupply chain, distribution, or aerospace operations

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data intoactionable insights for leadership

  • Experience collaborating with enterprise analytics or digital transformation teams
