Our On-Site Services Consultants serve as the local representative of GEA IT across one or more assigned sites, ensuring reliable daily IT operations and a consistent, customer-oriented user experience. They focus on on-site execution, coordination, and proactive issue prevention, while the Service Desk remains the primary channel for standard incidents and service requests. They act as a trusted local partner, bridging users, Service Desk, and Global IT functions.
