Key Responsibilities: Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure Blue Yonder WMS solutions to meet business requirements. Customize MOCA commands and develop integrator transactions. System Integration: Integrate Blue Yonder WMS with other systems such as ERP, TMS, and OMS. Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across platforms. Project Implementation: Participate in the implementation of new warehouse systems, including creating project plans, developing inbound and outbound processes, and configuring storage paths and allocation strategies. Production Support: Provide 24/7 support for day-to-day business operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and performance. Reporting and Documentation: Develop reports using tools like Jasper Reports and MOCA Reporting. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and test plans. User Training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize warehouse operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie WMS development and configuration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MOCA commands, Java/J2EE, SQL, and Unix/Linux. Experience with integrator transactions and API integrations. Warehouse Management: Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, shipping, allocation, replenishment, and inventory management. Reporting: Experience in developing reports using Jasper Reports or similar tools. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Blue Yonder WMS or supply chain management. Project Experience: Experience in implementing and upgrading Blue Yonder WMS versions, including 2020, 2021, and 2023. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain logistics, retail, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
