obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces* Modify existing software to correct errors* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints* Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance* Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met* Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design* Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation* Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications* Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration* Determine system building scalable, maintainable applications.* Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), performance tuning, indexing strategies, and writing complex SQL/stored procedures.* Strong experience building modern web applications using a contemporary UI framework (React preferred), with an understanding of component-based architecture and state management.* In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating semantic, accessible, and responsive applications* Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services, including versioning, documentation, and scalability considerations.* Demonstrated experience in database architecture and data modeling, with preference for experience implementing Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers).* Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems with SaaS platforms, preferably Workday, including API-based and event-driven integrations.* Advanced proficiency
