They are responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications under the guidance of more senior engineers. This role often involves learning and applying coding standards, collaborating with team members, and gaining experience with software development tools and processes. Over time, Associate Engineers are expected to build their technical skills and take on more complex projects as they progress in their careers.
