The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Planner Operator. Under the direction of the Planning/Operations Supervisor, you will orchestrate the daily heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. You will serve as the central hub connecting logistics, quality, and operations to ensure our 5GW facility meets its production targets seamlessly.
What You'll Do
  • Develop, schedule, update, and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on capacity and material availability.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, finance, and logistics) to ensure production plans align with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on special or high-priority orders to ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze production performance data and generate reports on trends, variances, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate planning records and assist with continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and planning processes.
  • Support small-scale O&M or production optimization projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Physical & Environmental Capability: Must be able to work in a manufacturing plant environment, stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and possess the visual acuity required for extensive computer work, data entry, and schedule monitoring.
