Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating and releasing work orders and maintaining production schedules in the MRP systemย 

  • Support production planning activities including schedule updates, material tracking, and inventory monitoringย 

  • Review and maintain BOM accuracy and support implementation of engineering changes (ECOs)ย 

  • Monitor production status, material availability, and assist in resolving shortagesย 

  • Generate and maintain planning, inventory, and production reportsย 

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer service to support production flowย 

  • Monitor manufacturing yields, Lead Time, Safety stock, Shrink %, and Work Order Varianceย 

  • Facilitate communication of, and resolution to, PO and material issues in Vietnamย 

  • Review production status and capacity issues with manufacturing supervisorย 

  • Update on time deliveries, misses, reasonsย 

Education & Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing environmentย 

  • Associate's degree required; BA/BS degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field requiredย 

Skills

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skillsย 

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsย
