What you'll do

The Associate Product Manager, Financial Services supports the delivery and continuous improvement of customer-focused products across our credit card, insurance, and retail banking businesses. You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, technology, and compliance to bring new initiatives to market and enhance existing offerings.

This is a business- and delivery-focused role ideal for someone with financial services experience who enjoys working collaboratively. It emphasizes coordination, execution, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.

Support the development, enhancement, and launch of credit card, insurance, and retail banking products aligned to customer needs and business priorities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver product initiatives from concept through launch

Assist in defining business requirements and maintaining alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Coordinate go-to-market activities and support ongoing product improvements post-launch

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Contribute to product planning by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business performance

What you bring

2-5 years of experience in financial services or related product/business roles (e.g., banking, credit cards, insurance, lending)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience supporting product initiatives, projects, or business processes in a collaborative environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders

Broadband Salary Range:$53,000.00 and $88,000.00

Our typical hiring range is between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. #LI-NZ2
