Profile Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, brand management, or a related commercial leadership role. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, aerospace, transportation, or other technically complex environments. Proven success developing and executing product strategies that drive profitable business growth. Strong experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies, and new product launches. Demonstrated ability to leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and business analytics to guide decision-making. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, and portfolio performance. Track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
