PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is recruiting for an entry level wood products Manufacturing Associate for a certified zero waste wood products supply facility in Prineville, OR. This is a long term opportunity with a company dedicated to supplying quality wood products to customers, and promoting a teamwork environment for employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of wood products and materials

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Inspect wood products for quality and report any defects or issues

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

• Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep as needed

• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines when handling heavy materials

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, order status, and any operational issues

Skills Required:
