Job Description
Under limited supervision, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications and services on the Azure platform. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, implement APIs, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Will focus on optimizing application performance and maintaining security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Other requirements include documenting and implementing security principles, attending regular sprint meetings and the ability to perform in a team environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support mission requirements.

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
* Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Must be able to obtain Windows MCST and Security + within 6 months of hire.
* Must be able to obtain Microsoft Azure Developer Associate Certification (AZ-204) within 1 year of hire.
Job Skills Requirements:
* Must have proficiency in programming languages such as C#, or Python.
* Must have proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the core technologies of the web.
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of responsive design principles and practices.
* Must have experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Service, SQL Database, DevOps).
* Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud architecture, RESTful APIs and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Must be able to familiarize oneself with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
* Must be able to learn new technologies and adapt to various development environments.
* Must have good oral and written communication skills.
* Must have demonstrated ability to perform their duties with a high level of attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
* Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
* Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the section SOPs.
* Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted.
Job Requirements:
* Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions.
* Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
* Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
