The Opportunity:

As part of Hamilton Lane's Global Client Solutions Team, the Product Team is responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of our investment programs across our investment platforms, including managing products and assisting with investor relations across the globe. Within this team, the Analyst will serve as generalist product support across our various platforms while developing knowledge of our broad offerings and service lines. The candidate will support ongoing investor relations, work on internal projects, and contribute towards some fundraising initiatives.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to communicate effectively and operate in a cooperative and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day product operations within assigned platforms.
  • Maintain internal document libraries and content repositories to support the distribution of content to sales and relationship management teams, partnering cross-functionally on the implementation, governance, and ongoing administration of content management tools.
  • Create, update, and maintain core product marketing materials (e.g., pitchbooks, fact sheets, standard templates, and cross-platform collateral), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates following performance and product changes.
  • Work with team associates to update and maintain existing standard product and cross-platform marketing content.
  • Service existing product investors by handling ad hoc requests and owning recurring deliverables
  • Upon completion of performance data, update investor communication documents and templates for review by supervising team members.
  • Ad hoc participation in business development projects that require data gathering and analysis.
  • Support team projects across platforms, often collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 0-2 plus years of work experience in a financial industry setting preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with or exposure to content management systems (e.g., Seismic) and/or marketing collateral production (pitchbooks, fact sheets).
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and organized; detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload
  • Proactively identify challenges and work within the team to find solutions
