Your role at Clorox:

The Clorox Company of Canada is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager to support the growth of the Brita business in Canada.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will play a critical part in executing Brita's annual growth agenda across innovation, integrated marketing, digital commerce, shopper marketing, and portfolio management. The Associate Marketing Manager will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Insights, and agency partners to help deliver against annual business objectives.
The Associate Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving business performance through marketing program support, data analysis, and budget management. This individual will help identify growth opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and ensure flawless execution of key business initiatives across the Brita portfolio.
The role provides broad exposure across all facets of brand management, including innovation, consumer insights, integrated marketing, eCommerce, retail media, shopper marketing, portfolio strategy, and financial planning.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, innovation and integrated marketing experience, project management skills, and a passion for building consumer brands. They are comfortable working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive business results.

In this role, you will:

Brand & Business Management

  • Support the execution of annual brand plans and key growth initiatives across the Brita portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, including share trends, retailer performance, and category dynamics.
  • Support forecasting, annual planning, and business review processes through data analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing business cases and launch plans for innovation projects and portfolio initiatives.
  • Assist in packaging updates and support new packaging development initiatives aligned to business and consumer needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of consumer research projects to uncover insights and inform brand, innovation, and marketing decisions.
  • Support pricing, promotion, and portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Track competitive activity and provide ongoing market intelligence.

Digital Marketing & eCommerce

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with agencies and retail media partners to execute digital activation plans.
  • Support Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and other key eCommerce customers through content optimization and digital shelf initiatives.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze website, media, and eCommerce performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support influencer, social media, experiential, and retail media programs designed to recruit new consumers and drive brand engagement.
  • Assist with PDP optimization, digital asset management, and search visibility initiatives.

Integrated Marketing & Innovation Execution

  • Support the execution of innovation launches from concept through commercialization.
  • Coordinate packaging updates, artwork approvals, and marketing asset development.
  • Assist in the execution of shopper marketing programs, promotions, and consumer activations.
  • Support innovation research projects and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Budget Management & Project Coordination

  • Support ongoing budget tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with Finance to maintain accurate spending forecasts and reporting.
  • Track agency deliverables, project timelines, and key milestones.
  • Support cross-functional team meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Brand Management or Shopper Marketing.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, eCommerce, retail media, shopper marketing, and consumer activation programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.

Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline or equivalent working experience.

  • Non-Sales: $71,596 - $110,257

  • Sales: $73,043 - $112,487
