Position Overview: Stock Associate (Support Associate)
The Stock Associate supports the store's operational excellence by ensuring merchandise is received, processed, organized, and replenished efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a full, organized, and sales-ready store environment that allows the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting Shipment, Ship From Store (SFS), Replenishment, and Markdowns, ensuring all operational processes are executed with accuracy, urgency, and consistency.

  • Executes daily shipment with a sense of urgency - receiving, processing, ticketing, and preparing product for the sales floor
  • Supports Ship From Store (SFS) by accurately picking, processing, and packing orders within company productivity and quality standards
  • Drives replenishment by consistently filling the sales floor, ensuring product is available, sized, and aligned with visual standards
  • Executes markdowns accurately and on time, ensuring pricing integrity and floor readiness
  • Maintains stockroom organization, cleanliness, and product accessibility
  • Supports product flow processes including backstock, replenishment, and transfers
  • Assists with inventory preparation and cycle counts
  • Adheres to all loss prevention and safety standards
  • Maintains accuracy in product handling, tagging, and placement
  • Follows opening/closing operational procedures as assigned
  • Demonstrates flexibility to support business needs, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed

Presentation
  • Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
  • Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
  • Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications
  • Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
