As we continue to expand our North American business, we are seeking exceptional Principal Consultants to join our offices in Chicago, Dallas, or New York.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for being a team thought leader and driving full workstreams while working directly with mid to senior-level clients to develop insight and build alignment.
  • Develop and execute full workstreams and serve as lead on insight development for those workstreams. Consistently establish and then meet deadlines with minimal errors.
  • Mentor Associates and Senior Associates while answering questions and providing direction. Act as a good teammate, while proactively finding ways to create leverage for senior team.
  • Regularly engage with the client and own mid- and senior-level client relationships
  • Actively identify opportunities to create value with clients and communicate in and organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Identify high-value client opportunities, drive appropriate follow-on work, and take lead on firm communication and client development efforts.

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from demanding four-year college or university with demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
  • 7+ years of consulting or relevant business experience
  • Problem solvers with analytical capabilities who have an insatiable thirst to solve complex problems
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to always improve upon the status quo
  • Results-oriented team players with strong leadership and business building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and/or pricing a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Willingness to travel to the client site up to 3-4 days / week (varies by client and / or engagement)
