Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Javelin Lightweight Command Launcher Unit (LWCLU) Test Equipment program.

This position is onsite based in Tucson, ArizonaTravel up to 15% will be required.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for cost, schedule, planning and execution for all Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment activities. This responsibility will cover multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, & leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
  • Support development and reporting of accurate proposal costing efforts for future Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment efforts.
  • Lead a diverse team of multidisciplinary engineers.
  • Direct the activities of team members and across teams including providing technical guidance, direction, and act as a mentor to your staff.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects
  • Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews
  • Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer  

  • Strong Experience in Test Equipment Development, Integration and Sustainment
  • Experience evaluating requirements with verification and validation methods
  • Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a high pressure/high profile environment
  • Experience in management of Risk & Opportunities

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
