Associate Principal Consultant1
Duties:
Assist with overseeing the implementation of CRM and OM systems, including analyzing client systems and specifications and developing customized solutions using SQL Developer and Unix. Implement Software Development life cycle with SAFe Agile Framework. Responsible for providing the requirements for RICE development and support of CRM and OM systems such as ServiceNow and MS Dynamics Applications, Order Management, Procurement, Billing and Invoicing. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, gap analysis, customization, configuration, and testing, with strong understanding of application configuration setups, functionality, and integration of various modules. Work extensively on the functional side of the Interfaces, Conversions and Customizations of reports. Troubleshoot user problems using CRM and OM application setups, system administrator tasks, application functionality and back-end tables. Support custom development in CRM and OM Application Production Environment, and perform functional analysis, functional design documents using Agile Framework, development and delivery of products.
Required: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related IT position.
Must have 2 years of experience with:
CRM and CRM Billing application (SAP S4 Order Management Billing System).
Development and testing of software applications using Java and Selenium.
ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Maven, RestFul API, SOAP, HTML, XML, VB.Net, SQL Developer, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Marketo.
In the alternate, will accept 4 years of experience in the job offered or related IT position.
Must have 2 years of experience with:
CRM and CRM Billing application (SAP S4 Order Management Billing System).
Development and testing of software applications using Java and Selenium.
