Osler is recognized for its market leading tax practice, with specialized and extensive expertise in both tax transactional and advisory mandates and tax disputes and litigation. From our offices in Toronto, Montrรฉal, Calgary, Ottawa and Vancouver, our team of 50+ tax planners and tax litigators operate as an integrated unit โ€” a major differentiator of our practice. No other Canadian firm offers this unique opportunity for associates to have exposure to both market leading tax planning and advisory mandates, as well as tax controversy matters all the way from audit stage to the Supreme Court of Canada. Position Requirements:

Do you have what weโ€™re looking for?

  • A minimum of 4 years of practice experience in the tax dispute areas;
  • A strong grasp of foundational income tax principles;

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including year of call, job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
