What Skills and Experience Does a Successful UDA Practice Manager Have?

  • Completion of a College Degree
  • Minimum of two years management experience
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial concepts, including P&L review
  • Knowledge of how to analyze expense controls, drive revenue, and support the needs of the business
  • Exceptional customer/patient service skills
  • Strong organizational habits
