***Associate Practice Administrator- Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics*** We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Practice Administrator to oversee front and back office operations across three outpatient behavioral health practices. This role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional who is a strong people leader, understands the complexities of ambulatory practice management, and is ready to take the next step in their career. The Associate Practice Administrator will lead day-to-day operations, support and develop team members, improve workflows and patient access, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is interested in growing into progressively greater healthcare leadership responsibilities. Location: Must be willing to travel to both TriHealth Behavioral Health Clinics North: 3147 Glendale Milford Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241 West: 6331 Glenway Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211 Work Schedule: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly) M-F No Holidays. No Weekends.
