Job description

Job Duties: Associate, Platform Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Provide data-driven insight and decision-making critical to the firm's business processes. Improve processes and implement globally to uplift the business platform and mitigate risk. Understand alternative investment products, and existing and potential product data sets in both an engineering and business context. Engage business users and functional experts to understand new and changing business requirements, and document them to drive business change. Demonstrate outstanding client service, product knowledge, and attention to detail in interactions with senior stakeholders and clients. Develop, coach, and oversee junior colleagues in decision-making processes and risk management. 

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Executive Management, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Executive Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: utilizing quantitative analysis to identify and diagnose underlying causes of complex issues; rapidly interpreting and integrating metadata dynamics to optimize data governance, enhance operational efficiencies, and support analytical initiatives; applying comprehensive risk-management expertise to strengthen existing control frameworks, mitigate potential threats, and ensure regulatory compliance; alternative Investment structures, terms, and operations; and project management effectiveness, including experience overseeing across different functional teams and/or seniority levels.
