Critical Mass is hiring a SeniorPerformanceMedia Associate,Planningto join our growing team.As the SeniorPerformanceMedia Associate, Planning, you willsupport the execution, reporting, and optimization of performance media campaigns across multiple channels. This role builds foundationalexpertisein data-driven media planning and supports the broader team in delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will:
Assistin building andmaintainingmedia plans across digital channels
Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and tracking implementation
Maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems
Ensure campaign details align with strategic direction and client goals
Compile campaign performance data and support reporting deliverables
Identifyinitial insights and optimization opportunities
Support A/B testing and performance evaluation efforts
Assistin translating data into basic client-facing summaries
Support day-to-day client requests and internal coordination
Work closely with Managers and Directors to execute media strategies
Maintain documentation, trafficking sheets, and reporting accuracy
Participate in training and skill development across media platforms
You have:
1-3 years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising
Exposure to digital media channels such as Search, Social, or Programmatic
Basic understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn performance media strategy and execution
