JOB MISSION:

The Senior Manager, Apparel Global Supply Planning, is responsible for leading a team of apparel supply planners to achieve strong customer service balanced with optimal factory loading. They will oversee factory-level loading plans that consider forecasted and actual customer demand, supplier fill rates, and manufacturing capacity constraints. They will be responsible for internal customer-facing order management to ensure aligned expectations regarding the apparel production schedule and shipments.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead the Apparel, Accessories, and Equipment (AAE) Supply Planning team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives, exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions, developing talent, and maintaining strong employee engagement. Establish team priorities and allocate resources to support changing business needs.

Own and continuously improve the factory capacity planning process to support delivery performance, cost objectives, profitability goals, competitive positioning, and long-term strategic growth initiatives.

Partner closely with factory leadership to drive achievement of shared delivery and service KPIs, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and execution.

Accountable for customer on-time delivery performance and factory loading optimization across the AAE business.

Oversee execution of planning tools such as the monthly RCCP, Early Buy, and Shortened Lead time programs.

Represent supply planning in the corporate S&OP process and Strategic Business Review meetings

Oversee the communication and escalation process for significant production, sourcing, or delivery disruptions, including the preparation and distribution of incident reports and mitigation plans.

Lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively coordinate with partners e.g. sales operations, customer service, development, IT, and logistics.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
8+ years of supply chain, planning, inventory management, or operations experience, including 6+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain team performance, engagement, and morale while navigating complex business challenges, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and business results.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and purchase order management platforms (e.g., XPC).
APICS CPIM certification preferred

Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $157,500.00 - $192,900.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
