Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA


Jobs and Responsibilities

  • Support overall brand management for the Nongshim brand portfolio, including brand identity development and strategic communication direction.
  • Assist in new product development (NPD) and manage the product launch process from planning through commercialization (CR, commercialization documents, pricing approval, DR).
  • Manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities, including SKU code management, product specification maintenance, and periodic SKU discontinuation processes.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to interpret consumer trends and competitive market dynamics.
  • Perform data analysis on sales, profitability, and financial performance using Excel and internal systems (BW, SAP, Circana/Tableau).
  • Support development and review of annual, long-term, and short-term marketing plans to drive brand growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with sales, SCM, and design teams for new product launches and follow-up.
  • Assist with brand marketing activity documentation and history management by brand.
  • Prepare logical, structured reports and presentations for business strategy and performance reviews.
  • Support team publications and materials, including the LA weekly newsletter and product catalog management.
  • Other special projects as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven financial and sales analysis (demonstrated through major, certification, or experience)
  • Strong market and consumer insight; ability to interpret consumer trends and competitive dynamics
  • Composed yet proactive communication skills
