U.S. Physiatry is seeking an Associate Director to provide inpatient rehabilitation care in Daytona Beach, FL. This full-time position offers the choice of an independent contractor (1099) or employed (W2) pay model, with W2 physicians receiving a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes flexibility and autonomy within a stable practice environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing inpatient rehab care

Compensation

  • Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model choice
  • Base salary ($350,000–$450,000 yearly) for W-2 physicians
  • Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap) for W-2 physicians
  • No practice overhead for W-2 physicians
